About

I am Dr. Wolstenholme, a dedicated periodontist with a strong foundation in professionalism and clinical experience, built through my graduation from Seoul National University College of Dentistry and completion of an advanced Periodontology Program. My career is marked by a commitment to medical knowledge and evidence-based medicine, honed during my tenure as an Adjunct Professor of Periodontology at Seoul National University Dental Hospital.

As the Director of Seoul May Dental Clinic, I prioritize patient safety and medical ethics, delivering personalized periodontal care with decision-making ability and diagnostic ability. My research capabilities and leadership shine through in mentoring future professionals, while my listening, empathy, and clear communication foster trust with patients and colleagues.

I excel in presentation and persuasive power, using nonverbal communication and feedback to enhance learning and patient outcomes. With a focus on motivation, setting goals, and competency development, I support career growth, underpinned by patience, respect, and inclusiveness. Refund Policy

[1] Before Mentoring Begins
  • - If within 7 days from the payment date and the mentoring session has not been conducted
    → A full refund will be issued.
  • - If more than 7 days have passed since payment
    → 10% of the payment amount will be deducted as a cancellation fee before refunding.
  • - Refund requests can be made through the Customer Service Center.
    Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after the request is received and are paid in batches every Friday.
    (Requests made on Fridays will be processed on the following Friday.)
[2] Partial Mentoring Progress
  • -If mentoring has been partially conducted, or if mentor assignment and preparation have been completed, the refund amount will be calculated as follows:
  • -If one or more mentoring sessions have already taken place
    → The corresponding session fees will be deducted before refunding.
  • -Even if mentoring has not yet occurred, but administrative preparation
    (such as schedule confirmation, mentor time allocation, or pre-feedback) has been completed
    → Up to 30% of the total payment amount may be deducted as an administrative fee before refunding.
  • -If more than 7 days have passed since payment
    → An additional 10% cancellation fee will be deducted.
  • -Example: If 1 out of 4 scheduled mentoring sessions has been completed before requesting a refund
    → The amount corresponding to 1 completed session + up to 30% administrative fee + 10% cancellation fee will be deducted before refunding.
[3] After Mentoring Completion
  • -Once all mentoring sessions have been completed, no refunds will be issued.
  • -However, if the service could not be properly provided due to reasons attributable to the mentor, a full refund or rescheduling may be offered for the unfulfilled portion.
