The Next Evolution in Full Arch Therapy: No Bone Reduction FP1

Full arch therapy… the ‘FINAL FRONTIER’ of Implantology… where many of us travelled, yet still looking for better directions. Many modality have been incorporated over the past several decades which include removable locator over dentures, bar-over dentures, and of course the most demanding full arch fixed solutions. At present, AllonX concept dominates the market. With its simplicity in planning and surgical execution, it is no surprise that this concept has paved the way for  many of us, implant surgeons.  As a result, some of us have  incorporated ‘All on x’, immediate loading concept, as one of our ‘go to’ solution for majority of our full arch fixed therapies. However… it comes at one cost… BONE REDUCTION. With advancement in digital technologies, we now can Plan and Execute both stages of surgery and prosthetics to achieve most biologically-driven, minimally invasive full-arch therapy.
